Open Adoption Services is a program of Spokane Consultants in Family Living, a licensed child-placing agency. Our office is in Spokane Washington and we have been providing caring, supportive service to adoptive and birth families for over 25 years.
 
Our work involves placement of both infants and young children. We are happy to facilitate a closed confidential adoption if chosen by birthparent(s). We also provide attachment therapy, home studies for independent, step, and international adoption, and also general counseling for any of the issues of adoption, current or long-term. 
 
Woman with ChildWe have remained a small personal agency by choice. Over these years we have learned that knowing our birthparents and adoptive parents well leads us to the best success in adoption.
 
Open Adoption Services is built around both professional training and personal experience in adoption. We have raised children in both open and closed adoptions and have watched them mature in their understanding of the love of their birth and adoptive parents.
